Japanese Fruit Sandwich

Fruit Sandwich is well known as a menu of old style Coffee Shop in Japan.
I even can find this sandwich in CV in nowadays.
Good as breakfast, dessert or snack.


Look at this! So, Colorful and pretty!

All you need is pillowy sandwich bread, whipped cream and fruit.

This is a kid-friendly recipe! So, try it with your kids!


  **Ingredients**2 servings
100ml    heavy cream
1 tbs      sugar
4 slices  white sandwich bread
4            strawberry
1            banana
2 slices  kiwi
8 peice  tangerine


  **Directions**
1. Whip the cream, Add sugar. Beat until the cream is stiff.
2. Spread 1/4 of whipped cream on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place Fruit.
4. Cut off the crusts. Cut in half or quarters.
5. You can use any fruit. For example, peach, orange, blueberry, grape and so on!

Soy Milk Matcha Pudding

Since I love American Classic Chocolate Pudding, like Grandma's creamy cornstarch pudding, I wanted to try it with Green Tea instead of using Cocoa or Chocolate.

Very very easy. Quick. Not so many ingredients you need to make.
But, Look at this!



It looks good! Yeah?

You can make this with Whole Milk, of course. I just wanted to make it more healthy!
Here is the recipe for you.


  **Ingredients** 2 servings

3 TBSP   Cornstarch
3 TBSP   Sugar
2 TSP   MATCHA Powder
200ml   Soy Milk
100ml   Whole Milk

  **Directions**
1. Stir together cornstarch, sugar, Matcha in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in Soy Milk and Whole Milk a little at a time.

2. Cook over low-medium heat, stirring constantly, Bring to a boil. Boil and stir about 1 minute. Remove from heat.

3. Pour into each cup. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming. Let cool and Chill in Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream, if you like.
